Not because we’re deliberately being evasive, but because if Peggy is answering 5 calls a day and transferring them to a human colleague, that’s very different to Peggy answering 25 calls per day and making bookings in a CRM, checking personal calendars, providing quotes or order updates.
What we can say is there is a one-off cost to build your AI co-worker and a monthly license/maintenance – both of which are determined by how complex, or not, your requirements are.
After that you just pay for the call costs – to the second, so you only pay for what is used.
